In my case I have in that PSP 2019 Picture tubes folder all these locationsĬ:\Users\*username*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\14.0\Picture TubesĬ:\Users\*username*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\18.0\Picture TubesĬ:\Users\*username*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Picture TubesĬ:\Users\*username*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\2018\Picture Tubes (B) Copy the path from the User.PspX9 and put it into the PSP 2019 folder much faster and simpler. (A) copy the user contents of the PSP X9 Picture Tubes to the User. Looks similar to what you found in PSP X9 !Ĭ:\Users\*username*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\2019\Picture Tubes In the right pane Picture Tube Folders again you should find two paths:Ĭ:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2019\Corel_10 Open PSP 2019 in complete Edit mode and navigate to File > Preferences > File Locations - go down your File type list and click on Picture Tubes.Ĥ. It is the contents of this folder that need to be copied to the equivalent folder in PSP 2019.ģ. This is the set of picture tubes installed with PSP X9 and should you uninstall or reinstall, then any extra ones you place in here as suggested by a previous post will be lost / removed.Ĭ:\Users\*userName*\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Picture TubesĪs indicated this is the User folder for all created or downloaded Picture Tubes.

In the Right pane (Picture Tube File folders) you should find two paths :Ĭ:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro X9\Corel_10 Every time now that I want to use another frame I only get the fuzzy oval and no drop down list! I know this may multiple issues, but has anyone had this experience or found a solution? It's looking like a bug or installation issue (or both) to me now.1.Open PSP X9 in Edit mode and navigate to File > Preferences > File Locations - go down your File type list and click on Picture Tubes.Ģ.

I thought I at least had a work-around until I started working on my photos and nothing was showing up again except the fuzzy oval. The frames in the Corel_09 folder showed up, but still no sub folders. I further investigated whether the Corel_09 folder worked at all and copied a few frames into it while removing the sub folder locations from the File Preferences locations list. However, when I explicitly added the sub folders with frames under Corel_09 (_01, _02, etc.) they all come up and were select-able on the drop down list. If fact, there is no drop down list and I immediately see the fuzzy oval frame (Corel_09_001). For a simple example, choose the Black torn frame. Click the picture frame thumbnail to open the library of frames available. In this example we are using the Kauai.jpg file. My problem was that, even though the proper path is listed in the folders list, and "Use sub folders" is selected, none of the 100+ frames are shown. First, open PaintShop Pro and make sure you are in the Edit workspace. I found them all in sub folders under a master folder, Corel_09. I purchased the Ultimate package last month and have issues regarding file locations and access to Creative Pack elements, including picture frames. I'm new to this forum and to PaintShop Pro.
